September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, something that is very near and dear to us here at Q98.5 thanks to our love for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Every September there is a national "Go Gold" movement to honor every child that is, has, or was fighting cancer, and to push the fight to eliminate pediatric cancer. Obviously, St. Jude is at the forefront of this Go Gold movement, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I got goosies when I saw these pics posted by the Nicholas Conservatory and Gardens last night...

So what can you and I do to help in the fight against childhood cancer besides sitting outside the Nicholas Conservatory to "ooh and ah" at the pretty gold lights? Donate money now to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, of course! Yes, we will hold our annual Country Cares for St. Jude Kids Radiothon in early 2021, but you don't have to wait until then to become a Partner in Hope with St. Jude and Q98.5. Just click here to make a monthly, or one-time donation right now.

Before I go, let me leave you with some facts from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital that show why Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is so important...

43 children in the United States are diagnosed with cancer every day.

Worldwide, at least 300,000 children and adolescents are diagnosed with cancer every year.

More thank 95% of childhood cancer survivors have significant treatment-related health issues.

Please click here now and help us kick childhood cancer's a@# today. Thank you.
