National Police Week With Lt. Joel Givens of RPD (Video)

It's National Police Week, and with everything "on hold" currently, I thought I'd sit down and chat with one of our own.

Rockford Police Department Lt. Joel Givens was nice enough to join me for a "Zoom Meeting" to talk about his personal experiences with police week. Lt. Givens is a veteran of the Rockford Police Department and also served our country in the United States Air Force.
