Luckily, I found my love for music early in life. When I was a kid, I had the dream of being in a famous Rock band. Unfortunately, I didn't have the musical skills to reach that goal. That's when I became a big fan. Going to concerts and discovering new music is my happy place. It's the best feeling when you hear a song and it has an emotional effect on you.

If you're a fan of original music like me, then you definitely have to check out the Mile of Music Festival in Appleton this summer. It was started back in 2013 and has been going strong ever since. This year, the event is from July 30th to August 2nd on College Ave in downtown Appleton.

Over the four days, there will be over 200 bands performing 100% original music. These artists will perform over 700 live sets at over 40 venues within one mile of each other. Thousands of fans will come out to support these talented musicians. It gets even better. The entire music festival is completely free. No tickets or cover charges for this awesome entertainment.
