Marengo Couple Busted With $55,000 Worth of Weed

"Hey honey, I'm running out for milk...", "O.K. dear, don't forget there is $55,000 worth of weed in the car, drive safe".

A couple was busted in Sandwich, Illinois with 6lbs of weed in their car. The street value is about $55,000 according to the NW Herald.

A deputy pulled the couple over doing 45 in a 30. The K-9 was called in and the pup had a great time. Found in the vehicle was seven packages containing marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cannabis oil that can be used in E-cigarettes.

Joseph and Miranda Rutkowskiwill be not living the "high life" for a while.
