Man Strikes Highway Worker With a Pickle, Charged With Assault

This Massachusetts man has himself in a "dilly of a pickle," yep I went there...

According to SmokingGun Christopher Herrmannsdoerfer tossed a pickle out of a moving vehicle, hitting a highway worker. The highway worker was injured and Christopher WAS arrested for an assault charge.

Past arrests for Mr. Herrmannsdoerfer include:

• Multiple drunk driving convictions
• Threatening an EMS worker with a corkscrew
