Dateline, Concord, New Hampshire. Benjamin Benoit was arrested for DUI twice in 24 hours, nice.
According to WMUR Mr. Benoit received his first DUI at 2:49 PM on a Thursday, he was released on bail. The following morning at 8:35 AM he was found passed out in a stolen vehicle. Guess what? DUI number two.
