LSU QB Lights Up Cigar to Celebrate National Championship, Was Almost Arrested (Video)

Joe Burrow (who looks 16) won the College Football National Championship last night, and celebrated by lighting up a cigar in the locker room.

Authorities scolded the winning QB and threatened to arrest him and several other LSU Tigers. Business Insider

As you can imagine, the National Champions laughed it off, and continued the celebration.
