Local Man Has YouTube Channel Dedicated To Elevators

We are all passionate about something. This local man is passionate about elevators and sirens.

I wish I could look back in my life and remember the first time I rode on an elevator. I'm sure I was extremely young, as they have always been a part of my life.

I do remember the first time I rode an escalator, scared the crap out of me.

I remember the first time I jumped in an elevator. You know what I'm talking about! The moment right as the elevator starts to move down, you jump as high as you can in the sky. For a brief moment, you feel weightless and as if you are flying.

There is a simple joy that comes from watching the world pass you as you climb or descend your way down a glass elevator.

Too often we forget to take a step back and enjoy the simple things in life and wonder at the power of modern machinery.

The film maker at WI Sirens And Elevators on YouTube knows all about the magical beauty of elevators and sirens.

Recently, he made a trip to Rockford where he visited many of our own elevators in the area.

I honestly have never been so mesmerized by an elevator...
