Kids’ Lemonade Stand Shut Down, at Least It’s Not Rockford

I swear this happens EVERY summer.

Some kids in Colorado set up a lemonade stand in Colorado and an adult called the cops.

According to CBS Sacramento the kids set up a lemonade stand with proceeds going to a less fortunate child in Indonesia. Sounds wonderful, right?

Their lemonade booth apparently was too close to the Denver Arts Festival, and an adult called the cops on them. You need a permit, and the 2 for $1 lemonades were cutting into the Denver Arts Festival's bottom line.
