Janesville Woman Gets OWI After Picking up Kids From School

From WIFR Jessica Nottestad, 42 of Janesville, was arrested for her third OWI of Friday, this time with her kids .Both of her kids that are under 16 were in the vehicle with Jessica after they were picked up from school. She was arriving home by the time that the officer pulled her over.
