Porta Potties Are Being Vandalized In Wisconsin
I'll be the first to admit, I'm not a big fan of using porta potties, but sometimes that's all that is available and if you gotta go, you gotta go. So, you hope when you enter the port-a-potty is in okay shape for you to use. That's why you should always respect them because you never know when you'll be in need.

Graffitti is a problem everywhere including in Wisconsin. I think it's so disrespectful to do it, because the "artists" are painting on other people's property. It's so hard for cities to control. Once they clean it up, someone else will "tag" the exact same spot. You'll need a dedicated department to try and keep it under control.
There is a major problem with a serial graffitti artist in the Janesville area. The person keeps vandalizing all of the porta potties throughout town. The local police are asking for help to track down the vandal. Hopefully, they catch them soon. The port-a-potties are there as a service for residents and not to be destroyed.

According to Channel 3000...
The Janesville Police Department is investigating the vandalism of porta-potties in the downtown business district and the farmers market area on Dodge Street.
The police department is looking for help in identifying the individual responsible for the alleged vandalism, which includes tipping over the units.
Anyone with information about the reported vandalism may be eligible for a reward through the Janesville Area Crime Stoppers.
