Chicago’s Popular Adults Only Pop-Up Fall Festival Returning in 2023

It won't be long before Chicago's summer begins to fade into the beautiful colors of fall. This pumpkin pop-up fall festival is just for adults and it's fabulous.

Can you put the way the season of fall feels into words? late September, until temps hit the freezing level, is my soul's favorite time of year. I do prefer the temperatures in the 70s and 80s but there's something about fall that feels peaceful. Plus, outdoor festivals in the fall are not unbearably hot and uncomfortable to be at all afternoon.

Ask anyone who has attended and they'll tell you the same thing, this is the best festival in Chicago you will go to all season. Spanning over 2 acres right in the middle of the city, this festival is home to Chicago's largest corn maze, too.

Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up

The coolest, adults-only, fall festival returns to Goose Island for 2023.

Beginning September 21st, Goose Island will be transformed into Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up. According to the event website, the festival includes:

Chicago's Largest Corn Maze

In years past, they've even hidden a couple of bars inside the big corn maze. You also find food trucks, a fortune teller, some axe throwing, plus some brand-new surprises. No ticket information has been released yet, but the festival website encourages you to join their email list for the latest details when they're released.

Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up is located at 1265 West LeMoyne and open on Thursday, September 21, and runs through to Sunday, November 5.
