Is There a Future for Alpine Valley, or is it Done?

Alpine Valley Music Theatre has provided years of entertainment, just a short drive away.

From Motley Crue, to Guns N Roses, Aerosmith, KISS, Def Lep, I have seen so many great concerts at Alpine Valey. But what is the future for this iconic outdoor music venue?

The 2017 concert season was a no go. Not a single concert was performed this year. I drove by the entrance recently heading up to Racine, Wi and the whole thing has a "ghost town" vibe.

So where do we go from here with Alpine Valley Music Theatre? According to this video clip from WTMJ in Milwaukee, for $8 Million the property can be yours:

There have been public talks of a "year off" to do repairs and to prepare for the following year. But the people I speak to do not seem so optimistic.
