Cheap Trick inducted into the Illinois Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this summer.

Rescheduled Illinois Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony Announced.

The event will be held on Tuesday, August 31st at the Rialto Square Theatre in Joliet. The doors are at 6 pm and the ceremony begins at 7 pm.

The original ceremony was scheduled for 2020 but unfortunately, it had to be postponed because of COVID-19. That event was to induct the very first-class members of the Illinois Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. They will finally get their day of honor.

The inaugural class of the Illinois Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame includes Cheap Trick, REO Speedwagon, Chicago, Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters, Ides Of March, The Buckinghams, Chess Records, The Thirsty Whale, Dick Biondi, Larry Lujack, and WLS-AM Radio.

Scheduled to appear at the ceremony so far are REO Speedwagon, Ides of March, New Colony 6, Jimy Sohns of the Shadows of Knight, the Millennials, Chicago by video, and more coming soon.
