I'm not a criminal, but it just seems like the suspects aren't well prepared for the illegal jobs that they are trying to commit. A good plan could definitely help each of the situations like this one be a success instead of a major fail.

A Des Plaines man was charged with a felony after fleeing from police on a bicycle while in possession of a loaded gun, according to police.

The suspect was hanging out in an area that he had previously been busted for tresspassing. When officers approached him, the fugitive took off on a bicycle. He wasn't going to get too far with that. Then he ditched the bike and attempted to escape on foot.
While on the run, the suspect tossed a gun, trying to hide it from the cops. The officers caught the fugitive and also found the weapon. The guy was really sweaty and then got arrested.
