If you have the hair and the courage to let it go, you can donate your hair to Locks of Love.

I had long hair. Very long hair. But I cut it all off so I could cut my blow drying time in half and to donate to the charity Locks of Love.

If you aren't familiar with the charity, Locks of Love takes real human hair and makes wigs from it for children with cancer.

Like I said, I had really long hair:

Now look! Nice and short!

This isn't the first time I have done this, and it won't be my last. Donating to Locks of Love is extremely simple.

First, make sure your hair that you will be donating is at least 10 inches long.

The donated hair should be in a pony tail or a braid to be sent for donation.

Finally, address the envelope, put the hair and donation sheet in it, use correct postage and off to the mailbox you go.

It's as simple as 1-2-3! If you have any other questions, you can go to LocksofLove.org.
