According to My Stateline Winnebago County Board Chairman Frank Haney, has stated that there are 2100 local COVID-19 test specimens, missing. What?

Mr. Haney wrote a letter to Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker saying the following:

“The state contracted a third-party vendor to process the tests. To date, this third party vendor was provided with over 2,100 test specimens from (the testing site at the University of Illinois College of Medicine); however, zero tests have been reported to the Winnebago County Health Department and the Illinois Department of Public Health from this vendor.” - Winnebago County Board Chairman Frank Haney

Are they really "missing" Mr. Haney? Do we need to add more drama to an already anxiety filled situation? Perhaps misplaced, not accounted for, yet to be reported?? I'm guessing this vendor that was hired to do this testing is rather busy currently.

To be continued...
