Kenny Golladay is originally from Chicago. He played wide receiver for the Detroit Lions and the New York Giants. He never played for the Bears but the team thought about signing him at one point. The former player is no longer in the league.
Recently, Golladay was back in Illinois for the funeral of a friend. The former football player was very sad about the loss so he went out to grieve with a couple of other guys. It was after 2:30am on a Tuesday morning when the police spotted a suspicious vehicle.
The vehicle was being driven by the former football player when they were stopped at an intersection. One of the passengers got out of the car to urinate on a light poll. That's when they were spotted by the police. Then the driver sped off.
Officers from Elmhurst pulled over the car for speeding. During the investigation, Kenny Golladay looked, smelled, and acted drunk. A bottle of booze was found in the vehicle. He then failed the roadside tests. He denies being drunk and says he was just grieving with friends. He'll have his time in court to prove he was sober that night. I'm guessing he wasn't.
