It's Hard Being A Professional Athlete
Being a professional athlete is not easy. There's a lot of pressure in sports. It takes everything you can give to make it to the big time. Then, you must continue to battle to stay. If you don't live up to your potential the fans, media, and team can turn on you quickly. For being just a game, it doesn't seem fun at times.
A player finally finds a city to call home with some success. Then the team can turn around cut, trade, or not re-sign them. That could turn their career and life topsy turvy. Think about coming in as a new up-and-coming player for the Bulls since they've struggled for so many years. That creates even more pressure.
