The Field Museum In Chicago Is Hosting An Overnight Event For Families
My dad was a big fan of history and museums, so growing up we spent a lot of time in Chicago exploring all the fascinating places there. Also, when we went on vacation, there were stops at many museums throughout the country. I was pretty lucky to get those experiences. It's funny, when my parents got older, we would go to the Field Museum before some Bears games to eat in the restaurant. It was usually a free day for Illinois residents.

We took our daughter to museums because she enjoys them too. Our family also enjoys the "Night at the Museum" movie franchise. We always thought it would be cool to spend the night in an actual museum. If you and your family are the same way, then you'll definitely want to check out this event.
The Field Museum in Chicago has been hosting a "Dozin' with the Dinos" series where families can spend the night in the museum. The next one is coming up on November 6th. You check in at 6pm and are there all night until 9am the next day. The price depends on where you want to sleep that night. Of course, there are tons of activities. Plus, you get to explore all the exhibits without the normal crowds. It sounds like a good way to experience some family bonding.
