Temps could reach the 50's this weekend, at the end of January. While I'm not complaining, weird weather can cause some strange things.

Back in 2008, this video was shot during a thunderstorm in Rockford. I don't try to pretend that know what's happening here, but there obviously was a disturbance in the air that caused this electrical reaction.

So what exactly is happening here? The video labeled this as "Plasma Beams", where is Will Smith? Was this a warning from an alien life form?
