Free Tax Prep Service Returns To Rockford in 2018

It's been a successful and helpful service provided by Goodwill so they're bringing it back to the area. IRS certified tax experts will be lending their services to those who qualify at two different locations in Rockford, at Goodwill Industries main office on N. Church and inside Woodward Technology Center at Rock Valley College. The services will be available from January 29 through April 17, 2018.

You must qualify for this free service. Documents needed to verify include:

• Checking/savings account information
• Insurance 1095 forms
• Photo ID
• Property Tax Bills
• Social security card
• W-2s (or Unemployment forms)
