Child Abducted in Texas Found in Stephenson County

From WREX a child that has been missing and possibly abducted in Texas, was found in Stephenson County as a result of a traffic stop.

Thanks to the officer that made the stop and quick reaction and thinking, the situation was further investigated.

Turns out that the six year old inside the car had been taken from a "non-custodial" parent in Texas.
