If you've ever had a game night with friends, you know at some point in the evening that Cards Against Humanity will be broken out to play.

This Chicago company came up with a  unique way to help promote the efforts to lobby to legalize marijuana.

No matter what side of the issue you are on about marijuana, I think you're going to agree that Cards against humanity was really creative in coming up with a way to fund the legalization of it with this addition to the game.

DNAInfo Chicago states the company created a special pack of cards that come in a green foil wrapper entitled "Cards Against Humanity Weed Pack".

The pack sells for $5 and "all of the proceeds from the sales of the pack wrapped in green foil will go to the Marijuana Policy Project." They raised $70,000 in the first two weeks of issuing the cards.

The passing of this pot policy this January would mean that our state would gross $350 million annually. Basically, if this passes Illinois residents could possess up to 1 once of pot and have up to five plants to grow. Holy cow! that is a lot of money and a lot of pot to dig this state out of debt.

I'm not saying this is the end all be all for Illinois. I'm also not saying that I totally agree with it. I found it interesting in how they are planning to help the efforts to one allow people to have pot for medical purpose, etc, while at the same time bring down this state's terrible debt we're under.
