The Mayor of Chicago would like to legalize marijuana and add a casino for the city.

Dear Santa, there's a wishlist coming from the Windy City. Has Mayor Rahm Emanuel been naughty or nice?

According to wgntv.com,

"Mayor Rahm Emanuel will lay out his recommendations for dealing with city pensions. He will propose that lawmakers legalize marijuana and allow a casino in the city to help cover the costs."

"Emanuel is proposing that any tax money the city receives from the legalization of marijuana be dedicated entirely to pensions. The same would go for a casino in Chicago."

By 2023, the pension payments for the city will reach $1 billion. Mayor Emanuel believes this could help solve the problem and avoid borrowing money to cover the costs.

If that happens, Chicago might have to change its nickname from the "Windy City" to the "Sin-dy City."
