Chicago Man Named Richard ‘Cocks’ Rifle and Shoots Neighbor’s ‘Rooster’

A West Chicago man names Richard, is in a lot of trouble. He really hurt his neighbors...rooster.

Richard Meyers who lives on the first block of Prince Crossing Road in unincorporated West Chicago, is in a lot of trouble. He was annoyed daily and nightly by his neighbors, rooster. So Richard, cocked his rifle and blew the rooster away! PATCH

So here is the real feather flying story...

Richard lives near the Meyers family, who has a rooster that roams like a free-range chicken.

This past Monday night, the rooster was found with a "life threatening" gun shot would to the stomach.

Richard's "excuse" for shooting the rooster, well I always used a BB gun to scare off the chickens...But he was fully aware that the .22 would do more damage, but used it anyway.

So the "Richard" was taken into custody so "cocking" his weapon, and shooting his neighbor's "rooster." How bizarre and fun is this story?

Dick faces felony and misdemeanor charges for the cock shooting.

So lesson to learn with this one. If your neighbor's rooster is bothering you, and getting too close to your property line...You def don't want the neighbors rooster where it doesn't belong. Maybe knock on the neighbors door and talk about it.  Maybe talk rooster for a while, and get over it.
