A new study is out about what cities in Illinois would be the best to start a business.

If you want to start a business, location, location, location.  If you want to do it in Illinois, here are the best cities to do it in.

Belvidere comes in at number 6 on this list. The fact that a close by location made the list is pretty great.

We've seen population growth the past ten years in Belvidere, a new high school, and plenty of businesses popping up.

Gotta tell you, East St Louis threw me a little bit. I've been through, around and a few different times, I don't know if those people are actually human.
