Axe Body Spray in The Mouth Won’t Get You Out of a DUI

Dateline, South Carolina...According to Smoking Gun  Efren Mencia-Ramirez, 49 was pulled over after cops watched him swerve and he was also speeding. When the officer approached the vehicle the man was spraying "Axe Body Spray" into his mouth....yuck!

The officer also noticed empty beer cans inside the mans car...and noticed he was hammered, smelling of booze and had a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit. Oh and he had Axe Body Spray in his mouth.
