Robert Grikmanis of Sterling, IL was arrested and charged with felony unlawful production of cannabis sativa plants...no additional charges for a stare down were issued.

“The search warrant resulted in the finding of a grow operation containing between 50 – 200 cannabis plants.” - Sterling Police Department
