Adler Planetarium Free For Illinois Residents This Week
A chance to explore the stars for free? If you're an Illinois resident, then yes.
But it only lasts this week as the Adler Planetarium is offering Free General Admission to all Illinois residents.
According to adlerplanetarium.org admission "provides access to all exhibitions and experiences" but the option to upgrade to an All Access pass "at a discounted price" to "gain access to the Atwood Sphere Experience."
All you need to get in for free is a "valid ID with an Illinois address."
The Adler Planetarium has been open to the public since 1930, and was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1987.
If you haven't been to the Adler, make plans now to see it. It's something everybody needs to do at least once in their life.
