I have my morning routine and I stick to it:

  • Splash Cold Water on Face
  • Brush Teeth
  • Vitamins
  • Caffeine
  • Cardio

There are exceptions to the rules, but I'd say this happens almost everyday.

  • Begin With Gratitude
  • Hot Water With Lemon and Honey
  • Move the Energy
  • Make the bed
  • Greet the World
  • Wait one Hour to check e-mail/messages
  • Oil Pulling
  • Eat Breakfast

O.K. I fail at the waiting one hour to check e-mail, but I think I will try the hot water with lemon and honey. But seriously, nothing about caffeine on here?
