9 Morning Habits That Will Change Your Life
If you are not a morning person, reading this may help!
I have my morning routine and I stick to it:
- Splash Cold Water on Face
- Brush Teeth
- Vitamins
- Caffeine
- Cardio
There are exceptions to the rules, but I'd say this happens almost everyday.

- Wait one Hour to check e-mail/messages
- Oil Pulling

O.K. I fail at the waiting one hour to check e-mail, but I think I will try the hot water with lemon and honey. But seriously, nothing about caffeine on here?
