A movie about the 1985 Super Bowl Champion Chicago Bears will have a showing for one night in Rockford.

This week in the NFL is NFC/AFC Championship Sunday which determines what two teams will be in this year's Super Bowl.

For a Bear Fan like myself, it's once again being left without a team to cheer on. It stings a little extra this year because division rival, the Minnesota Vikings, are still alive.

That means comparing every team left to the legendary '85 Bears. They, of course, are the greatest team of all time. Just ask me or any other Bear Fan.

This might help us through the pain of not making the playoffs again.

According to chicagotribune.com,

"Fathom Events, which distributes concerts, operas, plays and other event programming to multiplex screens, announced it’s presenting the Bears documentary “ ’85: The Greatest Team in Football History” the night after the Pro Bowl on Monday, January 29th at 7:30."

You will be able to check it out Showplace 16 in Rockford.

Throw on that jersey from your favorite '85 player and I'll see you there.

By the way, I don't see them doing this for the New England Patriots.
