Only one person really knows for sure why this man is cruising around Belvidere very late at night on his riding lawnmower. I hope it's one of these reasons.

There has never been a time when I've seen someone driving down the road on a lawnmower that I haven't wondered if they were 'forced' into choosing that mode of transportation. Was their ability to drive an actual car on the road taken away from them?

You Know You're Thinking The Same Thing

Everyone I showed this video to said the same thing... "that guy must have gotten a DUI and this is his idea of being able to get around town, and the law.

I'm not an officer of the law or a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure you can't drive it on the road. After a DUI conviction and license revocation, you're just a passenger, if a motorized vehicle is involved.

I just recently started peaking in on a Facebook Group names, What's Happening in Belvidere, IL? Today, this video was the first thing I saw.

The person that shared the video, shared this comment:

Is this really necessary? Every night he’s out between 9 and 11‍♂️

There were already over 150 comments by the time I saw the post. These neighborhood groups can get pretty mean and nasty at times, while this post does head in that direction often, there were some other comments that cracked me up.

No too sure about that icon status, but he sure has a mighty 'big pair' to be driving down a Belvidere street with what appears to be a can of beer in his hand.

Lastly, I hope there's an explanation behind this comment because it makes no sense to me.
