3. March 22nd, 1983 - Ozzy Osbourne
The show was cut short because Ozzy started to have chest pains and he was rushed to Swedish American Hospital. Plus, there were people outside the venue protesting him before the show because he was considered so evil.

4. Tied: July 1st, 1984 - Van Halen (David Lee Roth) & April 24th, 1986 - Van Halen (Sammy Hagar)
I picked these two shows for Van Halen because they include David's last tour and Sammy's first. Not a lot of cities the size of Rockford got shows from both of those tours. The end of an era and the beginning of another.

November 15th, 1983 - Quiet Riot & Black Sabbath
At this show, Quiet Riot found out that their album "Metal Health" passed Michael Jackson "Thriller" to go number one on the charts. The first time ever for a Heavy Metal band. They were opening for Black Sabbath featuring the short-lived line-up with singer Ian Gillan from Deep Purple.
