It's been a few months since I've had a cold one, I wonder if I remember these rules.

When you visit your favorite watering hole, do you follow these guidelines?

I look forward to this Sunday, relaxing for the first time with a cold beer and a bite to eat. I hopefully will be celebrating and in a great mood. Regardless of the mood, there are rules.

Manners are so important. Sure after a few, maybe you lose a little mentally.  You speak more freely, and you develop liquid courage. But please people, respect and smiles for your bartender.

According to BroBible here are 10 Things toy Should Never do at a Bar:

  • Don’t ever ask for free drinks
  • Tip appropriately
  • Bartenders are people (sometimes even smart people)
  • Know What You Want
  • One Tab Per Night Please
  • Your Drink is Strong Enough
  • Know the Venue, Order Appropriately
  • Don’t Hit on the Bartender
  • Don’t Get Too Drunk
  • Don’t Try and Cut The Line

So as you are heading out with friends to your favorite spot in Rockford, see if you follow these. I'm sure your local bartender would appreciate it.
