Would These Tiny Homes Work in Rockford
In Racine Wisconsin, they are doing something "big" for their homeless Vets.
Hands of homeless with a paper cup
According to TMJ4 tiny houses are being built for Military Vets that are currently homeless.
They have recognized a problem in Racine, and 15 mini-homes are being constructed for those that have served our country and have nowhere to go.
Each home will cost around $5000 with donated materials and labor.
Is Rockford is need of such a project, could this be done here, do we have this many homeless Vets in our city?
- Where in Rockford could this be done
- Would there be enough volunteered help
- Would there be companies that would donate materials
- Is this a project you would support
I'm curious about your opinion, captain.jack@townsquaremedia.com
