According to My Stateline a Slovenian woman with the help of her family, cut her hand off with a saw to claim $452,000 in insurance payments.

The woman claimed she was cutting tree branches and fell.BUT the family had signed insurance contracts with 5 DIFFERENT COMPANIES!

The police say that the fraud was figured out in time, so no money will be issued.
