Oh, and what is a "Marijuana Grow Bible???"
Cops see everything, and I mean everything. So when a giant pot bust goes down in a major city and cops call it "sophisticated" I have to know what's going on.
33rd and Lloyd in Milwaukee is the exact location, and local neighbors has a feeling that something sticky, icky, icky was going on...
Each room in this house had a specific purpose. This sophisticated grow was in operation for about a year and these rooms were filled with hydroponic growing system with ventilation, grow lamps and tarps to help control the temperature.
With a huge house "tightly sealed" and build to produce large amounts of marijuana, at some point there has to be an odor that would leak out, right? Right.
Neighbors noticed a little "funk" in the air which lead to cops making their move. Officers had to wear protective gear, including respirators because the pot smell was so strong.
145 plants in a variety of "growth" stages were found. Each plant will produce about one pound of the green, with a value on the street of about $3500 to $5000 a pound.
All the goods, the plants, the sophisticated operation with all the bells and whistles...gone. Including a book that was called a "Marijuana Grow Bible."
