What would April Fools be without a good prank? When I say good, I mean a fantastic, heartwarming, surprise for a waitress who truly deserves it.

I've had my fair share of working in the restaurant industry, and trust me it isn't an easy one. Ask any server, bartender, host, chef or manager and they will tell you how rewarding and painstaking the industry is. I think every person should work in hospitality at some point in your life.

Those in the industry understand. There are no personal plans to be made during the dinner rush or weekend, there is never enough ranch for your guests cheese fries, bills are never paid on time and everyone who is hungry has a serious attitude problem.

Under appreciated are what servers are. It's about time that someone starts to recognize them. This is not only a fantastic tip, but a fantastic prank.
