If you have purchased a Vizio TV recently, you may want to check the serial numbers. You don't want that precious TV to fall over do you?

Vizio is recalling 245,000 HDTVs because the stands on them may lead them to tipping over.

That could be horrifying! Imagine watching the Lego Movie... you start singing the song... "Everything is AWESOME!" then BOOM! TV is not awesome any more. It is on the floor in a billion glass pieces that will take a month of Sundays to clean up. Forget it.

According to Engadget.com, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, 39- and 42-inch models sold have a stand that is in question.

As of now, there have been 51 TVs that have tipped over.

VIZIO tweeted:

VIZIO announces safety notice for the stand assembly of E390-B0, E390i-B0 and E420-B0. Please visit vizio.com/safety-notice for more info.
