It's a rite of passage as a youngster. Cruising the darkest, creepiest road in the county with your friends. Stopping at the centuries old cemetery and waiting for the crazy cryptkeeper to chase you out.

I grew up in the northwest suburbs and Cuba Road in the Palatine/Barrington area was that road for us. Nowadays I enjoy taking Sunday drives down Blood Point Rd. through Boone and Ogle counties from time to time. In fact, I have traveled down five of the ten roads on this list.
