If your kids, niece, nephews or grandchildren have a Christmas wish list a mile long that includes any of these 10 toys, you may want to think twice before you buy and wrap them up.

According to WGN, a consumer group called W.A.T.C.H (World Against Toys Causing Harm) has issued their 2018 list of toys that could be dangerous in the hands of children.

WGN reports these 10 toys made W.A.T.C.H's 2018 list because they "pose serious choking hazards, but there is also the risk of stabbing injuries, blunt force trauma injuries, and even battery acid leaks." Yeah, that's not good.

Here are the toys you will want to avoid this Christmas...just to be safe.

Nickelodeon Nella Princess Knight Pillow Pets Sleeptime Lites - Potential for choking hazards and battery acid leakage.

Nerf Vortex VTX Praxis Blaster - The force of the disks when launched could cause eye and facial injuries.
The sole purpose of this toy is to slash like Black Panther, but the warning states "not to hit or swing at people".
Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel Superstar Blade - This toy has some real potential to cause facial and other 'impact injuries'.

Cabbage Patch Kids Dance Time Doll - The removable headband on this doll could be ingested by the age range of kids it is marketed to.
Zoo Jamz Xylophone - The drumstick is a choking hazard for toddlers.
Nici Wonderland Doll - The detachable kitten with this doll is a choking hazard.
Stomp Rocket Ultra Rocket - Serious eye and facial injuries could result from the rocket's blast.
Kid-O Cutting Fruit - The knife for this toy is made of hard plastic and could cause puncture wounds.
  • Chen Á Promener Pull Along Dog - The pull string on this toy is 19 inches long which makes it a major strangulation hazard.
