Let's go over the drinking laws in the state of Wisconsin, they may shock you.

After writing about the new Coors "Wisconsin 60 Pack" last week, I stumbled across this story while drinking a beer.

According to We Are Green Bay there is some massive confusion about hold old you have to be, to drink in a bar in Wisconsin.

The legal drinking age in Wisconsin is 21 BUT according to the Wisconsin State Statute, if you are under 21 and with someone of legal drinking age (parent, spouse, legal guardian) you can drink alcohol. What?

Obviously the bar owner has the final say, but you're telling me that a 13 year old kid goes to grab lunch with his parent at a local tavern, that kid can have a beer with his burger?

The fact is, Wisconsin does not have a "minimum drinking age".

There is confusion about police ticketing underage drinkers, when this law is clearly in place.
