Take Me Out to the Ballgame

There is nothing more American than heading to Wrigley Field for the day to watch a day of professional baseball...and the Cubs. I took my 9 year old to his first game a couple of years ago and Lt. Dan himself, Gary Sinise sang 'Take Me Out to the Ballgame' during the seventh inning stretch. He even walked near our seats on his way up to the press box. Mr. Sinise sounded good, but a part of me hoped for an awkward rendition.

As we get ready for the upcoming baseball season, let look back at various versions of the song that Harry Carey slurred through many times over his career. Some good, some bad.
