Illinois highways at night can be a dangerous place, but state police in the Land of Lincoln are doing something about it and have revealed a sudden crackdown on interstate crimes that has had incredible results.

It takes a lot of resources when you want to obtain weapons from those who shouldn't have them. Many Illinois law enforcement agencies just received $1.5 million dollars to help the effort of removing firearms from the hands of those who are considered dangerous.
