This ice company uses a Japanese filtration system that specializes in removing the air bubbles and impurities. To cut the ice, they use blades that are compatible to samurai swords. Not only do they work, but the ice also looks great in a glass.

According to Fox 32 in Illinois, Quari Ice, a Chicago company, creates crystal-clear, slow-melting ice for cocktails.
