‘Savoring Sweetness’, Walter Payton TV Special to Air on WGN

On the 20th anniversary of his death, WGN will air the special, Savoring Sweetness: The Life & Times of Walter Payton.

Savoring Sweetness will take an emotional look back at one of the greatest running backs in NFL history, exactly twenty years after his passing.

WGN-TV's premiere of Savoring Sweetness: The Life & Times of Walter Payton happens on Wednesday, September 4 at 7pm CT, according to wgntv.com.

Walter Payton's son Jarrett chats with Jim McMahon, Dan Hampton, Steve McMichael, Gary Fencik, Barry Sanders and others to put his dad's prowess and passion in perspective.
