Roscoe man Gets 180 Days for Sexually Assaulting a Child?

Sean Whippler, 26, of Roscoe was found guilty of sexual assault to a minor. According to WREX the child was under the age of 13 at the time and the assault started in 2012.

Mr. Whippler was sentences to...180 days. That is correct, 180 days in jail for sexually assaulting a child. By the was he is already credited 75 of those days.

This poor child is scarred for life because of this monster, and he will do 180 days in jail. What kind of message does this send to other perverts out there? You know what it's ok, because if I get caught it's only 6 months in jail. Disgusting.
