Rockford Police are Hosting a Free Community Thanksgiving Dinner this Saturday

This Saturday the Rockford Police Department, The Fatherhood Encouragement Project and Food 4 Fuel are throwing a heartwarming event to bring people together in need for a free community Thanksgiving dinner.

According to the Facebook invite, the event will take place inside the District 2 gymnasium with dinner starting at 5 pm and will go until 7.

They're also accepting donations like hats, gloves, and socks; and if you'd like, you can also volunteer.
