Rockford Parking Deck Crumbles

Ok, the picture is a little dramatic. Pieces of the Water Street parking deck crumbled and damaged cars today, according to our news partners at MyStateline.com. The crack in the deck is approximately ten feet long and foot wide. No one was in the deck at the time.

Officials have closed the deck and the cause is not known as of this writing.
